Mohi was previously a Partner with EY, leading their EMEA Operating Model Effectiveness team, based in London. His cross functional team focused on digitally enabled business operating model transformation for B2B and B2C companies.
Prior to joining EY, he was PwC’s EMEA Consulting leader for PwC’s Value Chain Transformation service, helping clients implement new regional and global tax aligned operating models. His consulting career started in PwC’s CIO Advisory team where he led a wide range of IT strategy and ERP implementation projects.
Mohi specialises in helping businesses transform their regional and global business operating models, including tax aligned business change and cost reduction, to meet their strategic objectives. His experience ranges from working with global MNCs to mid-tier and private companies, and includes PE owned portfolio companies
He has designed and implemented new business operating models for clients in the Consumer & retail, Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing & services sectors. He focuses on the organisation, process, IT, programme and change management required to ensure successful implementation and sustainable realisation of benefits.
